Our house
We do not hire a team for the night.
We have one.
A wedding takes months to prepare. It plays out in four hours. That is why nobody here discovers your venue on the morning of the day.
Since 1986 the same family has run this house in Hay Hassani. The cooks, the waiters, the logistics: all of it is ours. And when we are short of a chef, we train one, in our own cookery school in Casablanca.
