Afrah Taj was born in Hay Hassani, in Casablanca, and has never changed address or changed hands. Not a group, not a franchise, not a middleman: the same family, one generation to the next.
Because a wedding is not simply a party. It is an emotion, an atmosphere, a memory carved for good. That is why we subcontract nothing: not the kitchen, not the service, not the logistics. When something goes wrong in a room, it almost always goes wrong between two suppliers. We removed the between.
Today the house works across Morocco, from Casablanca to Rabat, Marrakech and Tangier, and trains its own cooks in its school in Casablanca.
We have been turning your plans into evenings for more than thirty-five years.
