Six ways to hand us your evening

Weddings and ceremoniesIt has been our trade since 1986, and it is still half of our evenings.

A wedding takes months to prepare and plays out in four hours. Anything not decided in advance gets decided in a hurry, in front of three hundred people.

What is included

The menu, built with you, from the welcome cocktail to the last tray of sweets
The table: linen, china, crystal, full laying
The brigade: cooks, waiters and maîtres d’hôtel, all of the house
The kitchen on site and all the material logistics
The decor and the staging of the room
The running order of the evening, held to the minute

Our job is to make sure nothing gets decided in a hurry. The menu, the laying, the order of service, the moment of the amaria, the hour of the last tray: all written before, and held during.

How it works

We talk
A WhatsApp message or a call. The date, the venue, the number of guests: we already know what to propose.
We build
The menu is built with you, dish by dish. Nothing is imposed, nothing is left to chance.
We arrive before everyone
On the day, the brigade is in place well before your first guests. By the time they walk in, we have been there since morning.

Common questions

Do you travel outside Casablanca?

Yes. Rabat, Marrakech, Tangier and anywhere else in Morocco. We arrive with the equipment, the kitchen and the full team.

Is the staff your own?

Entirely. Cooks, waiters, maîtres d’hôtel and logistics are of the house. Nothing is subcontracted, and we train our own chefs in our school in Casablanca.

How do we get a proposal?

By WhatsApp or by telephone. Give us the kind of event, the rough date and the number of guests: that is all we need to begin.
